New Winter Rules until further notice.   A ball lying through the green* may be lifted cleaned and moved within 6 inches of where the ball origionally lay, no nearer to the hole.  A ball that is to be lifted must be marked. 
*Through the green, is the whole area of the course except:  The teeing ground and putting green of the hole being played and all hazards on the course. 
The previous restrictions of a ball lying within 36 inches of out of bounds and the base of a tree, stump, or shrub have been lifted.  Please call the Golf Shop if you have questions.
